Hans J. Wegner sofa model GE236. Solid, soap -treated oak. Original good pillows with metal springs, so-called Epada pillows. New original cover made of gray and beige mottled wool fabric, design MLF02.
The sofa and the pillows used look very nice. Slight signs of wear on the solid oak frame, see photos.
Hans J. Wegner designed the model in the early 1950s and in recent years the model has again developed into one of the most sought -after sofa classics from Wegner’s hand. The sofa and the new references are made by Getama Danmarm and stamps and labels can be found on the furniture. Seat height 40 cm.
